I wanted to ask about the ip. Because I created a new account on an IP where my brother in the past has created an account and it has been suspended, I'm scared that being on the same connected IP will they can suspend the account for that reason

And I also wanted to ask if the change of ip can also affect, if I am on an internet network that the IP address is constantly changing, Can I be at risk of suspension?

Upwork is not the "IP address police."

There are no rules relating to what IP address you use.

It is likely that Upwork will closely scrutinize your account and activity, but Upwork is not going to suspend you or penalize you based purely on the IP address that you use.

And MANY Upwork users use dynamically allocated IP addresses or multiple IP addresses. Including me. That should not be a cause for concern on your part.
