Questions on Top Rated eligible weeks, JSS, and Long term clients

Hi; I have 3 quick questions to ask:

Question 1:

I have been maintaining JSS of 91% recently but I don't see my Top Rated eligible weeks changes. Whenever I check it's showing "8 of 16". When does it gets updated?

Question 2:

One of my clients recently canceled a project because they didn't wish to shut down their project. Due to this they no more required my services. Will this affect my JSS? Even though there was no issue from both sides?

Question 3:

I have been working with 1 of my clients for more than 1 month now. There is a column in the "My Stat" option that shows long term clients. What does exactly long term client mean?

Hello Anurag,

Answer to Q1: You could check this link containing everything you need to know about your inquiries [especially at the bottom of the link's page]
https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211062968-My-Stats

Answer to Q2: If you completed part of the job and got paid, the only thing that could affect your JSS is your clients' feedback. If the contract is closed with ZERO payments, I believe this could negatively affect your JSS.

Answer to Q3: Long-term clients means the clients that you have been working with and getting regular payments from for more than 3 months. It is a percentage by the way.

For more information about this, you can check this link: https://community.upwork.com/t5/Freelancers/Long-Term-Client/m-p/358980

I hope this helps. Wish you the best of luck.

Youssef
