Quickest way to return Escrow

Hi and thanks for thaking the time to help me!

I'm working on consecutive smaller projects with a client and he is creating an milestone for each project. He recently funded an escrow fund for a project that I didn't have the chance to get to and will not for a while and he would like to have that escrow funds returned. Which would be the quickest way to have the funds returned to him? We are in great terms, it's just a matter of making this quick.
