I have this client who replied to my proposal. He used to get my email address to send the files I needed. So I gave it since I am a newbie. When I opened my Gmail account I received his email and feel something not good on the offer. (Please see attached) I declined the offer because I think this is an identity theft.

Rule no. 1: No sharing of contact information before the contract is in place. Read the ToS before you continue to send proposals.
This client and job is just a scam. Go to the job and use the "Flag as inappropriate" button.
