Hello, I have a question.

- A client published a project, and for this project, 30 freelancers submitted a proposal, including me. Let's say, I was the first person to send the proposal. 

The doubt is: what position will I appear on the list for the client, is by order of shipment? who has more jobs done? who is older on the site?

Interesting question. Similar to my question on search results for freelancers.

I have hired freelancers on behalf of clients and the order in which the freelancers appear does not seem to be linked to the number of projects, hours billed, job success etc. Moreover, I have seen some excellent candidates not being archived or ignored and some rather questionable ones presented as Best Match for some jobs.
