I was a "Top Rated" freelancer here & suddenly my success rate has dropped to 82%. I have got 5 star rating in almost all of my recent jobs but still the success rate has dropped.
Now I'm finding it difficult to find new jobs.
Can anyone please give me a solution to this problem?

Your solution is to get 5 star feedback instead of 4.10 like your last job.

This is an easy fix as you can see where you fell down on this most recent job: availability and deadlines. Answer VMs quickly and meet deadlines come hell or high water and, assuming you continue to produce quality work and are vetting your clients before accepting job offers, you should be able to get better feedback going forward and raise your JSS.
It is possible you were scored on the low side in other factors on private feedback, but given the fact that your client publicly listed these two, they were obviously pretty big issues. Your client actually did you a favor in showing you where he was really dissatisfied. These are such easy issues to fix. Don't bite off more than you can chew, answer your clients, and be serious about deadlines. Done. 🙂

And as far as getting jobs in the low 80s...yes you can.
Even smaller contracts will count toward your JSS. Long-term or short-term fixed, they will count equally so grab what you can assuming it is a reasonable rate and the client generally leaves feedback and has positive feedback.
I got my best client so far at 86%. Choose carefully but yes, you can find jobs.
