Sir I have an issue regarding to my connects . 

the issue is that my connects wasnot refunded after the rejection of my job purposal and when the job is close 

so, how my connects can be refunded?

If the client made a hire before closing the job, you don't get connects back.

In addition to Garrett's response,  please be reminded that Connects are refunded when a client closes their job without hiring, or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service. Feel free to check out this help article for more information on Connects.
