Hi, I want to complain about someone I did a job for him and I agreed with him on the amount of $ 127 and I sent the file to him but he did not send me the money and I sent him a message and he did not reply I hope you solve this problem

Hi Mohammed,

You are not hired for this job and shouldn't provide any work until your client sends you an offer and a contract is created under your My Jobs tab. 

In the future, please do not work on any project until a client has sent you an offer, you have accepted it, it's showing on your My Jobs page as an active contract, and the client's payment method is verified.
