How to contact Upwork customer service support?

How can we contact upwork directly? I have a question.
Can they check in my country and tell me the banks where i can create an account to recieve my payment?

You can find payment methods available in your country by going to your Settings> Get Paid and clicking Add a Payment method. Check out this help article for more information.

Also, feel free to ask your fellow freelancers here in the Upwork Community if they can recommend the right bank for you in your Country.
