Hi,

I am new on upwork, one of my client filled a dispute against me on hourly project but after 3 days I got a mail from upwork that I have own the dispute and the payment will not refunded to my client.

I have gone in my get paid and want to withdrawl the money but it shows no balance in my account.

still I can see the dispute after resolved from your side.

Please tell me the exaact issue.
