I was planning to discontinue my membership of Upwork Pro and switch to the Basic [Free] package, unfortunately I was traveling and therefore could not make a switch in time. Just now I received a notification that $14+ have been debited from my credit card. Since this is just the start of the month and I don't want to avail of this package, can you please refund me that payment and move me to the Basic Free Plan? I will appreciate a quick response from you.
