Tech Note - I know Upwork uses CloudFlare. Please clear relevant pages to allow the support system to show again.

 

My guess is you toggled it off with ZenDesk, CloudFlare has cached it, and now that you turned it back on, I'm getting stale data. My browser is clear 😉
