Hello moderators,
Please consider providing troubleshooting steps according to the OS.
I posted here yesterday and your moderators keep on providing steps for Windows OS. I clearly advised I am using an iMac which is an Apple OS.
Can anyone please help me?
I tried switching from my Macbook to my iMac last night and after signing in, my Upwork tracker shows this when I was trying to go to the area to select contract, you cannot click on anything so when you go to the settings to sign out, this is what's shown. You cannot click on sign out, it shows undefined, when you click on Advanced to clear cache, the button clear cache and restart button is not even clickable.
Please remember, I am using APPLE, iMac. Thanks!
