Why did it change? It was beautiful before. I have impaired vision, so I need to have the screen enlarged. I can’t change my settings. It doesn’t make sense for you to make it optimized for mobile devices. Why couldn’t the desktop version stay as it was?

Here is how it looks on my screen. I have to zoom in several times to make it work. It worked beautifully before, so certainly it's possible for you to put it back to the way it was!!!

Dear Upwork, What have you done to your web design??? I know it works better for the phone app, but I use my desktop computer, and it looks horrible now! I reduced the size of it on my monitor, but now the text where I write my proposals is TINY!

 

Can't you keep the beautiful interface you had and still do a nice phone app?

Everything is fine in my side, I think your browser settings are not correct or maybe your screen resolution of your desktop.

Julie, share a screenshot if possible, thanks.

Here it is. Can you see how tiny the words are in my proposal. I can zoom in, but then the rest of the page is gigantic. So I have to keep zooming in and out.

 

It does look better with Chrome, but it used to be fine with Safari. Maybe it's an Apple problem?

Can you see how tiny the text is in the box where I'm supposed to type my cover letter? If I zoom in, I can see it, but then the rest of the page gets huge, like I'm looking at a cell phone on my desktop. It never did this before!

I was unable to replicate your issue both in Chrome and in Safari, as you see from my results below. Could you please try clearing your cookies, or use a different browser to see if the issue persists?

Hi Julie, 

I will refer following solutions to your problem.
1- Install Graphics Drivers on your system (usually it happens due to low resolution).

2- Update your browser (always). 

3- User Chrome websites seen very beautiful. 

4- Wear Glasses (only if your eye sight is week).

 

      Upwork current design is perfect. They have used proper typo, and color combinations.

Nope. Your answers are all bad. My drivers and browser are all up to date. You have made changes, which clearly happened to coincide with the introduction of the newer version of you app. I have Chrome and it doesn’t help. Just leave it the way it was.
