Are all these people unable to read and follow directions? What can be so hard as to open the email from Upwork, read the directions as to what to do, or submit, and then just DO it.
If they can't follow directions, how in the world are they going to complete the instructions for working on or finishing a job????

I think these people will only get hired by inexperienced clients, and will only be able to irritate such clients with the low quality of their services.
Freelancers who can not follow the most basic instructions, or who take so little pride in themselves and their work that they post nothing but chicken scratchings as a profile, or copy other people's profiles, are never going to be a net benefit to the Upwork community. They only serve as noise in a client's ability to find somebody to help out with a project. And the presence of such freelancers does nothing whatsoever to make the platform more attractive and thus make it a better place for me.

Hello. My account has been suspended. I sended my ID information on monday and received message by email that my account was verified and now all is ok. But I still see on top of my page message "Your account has been suspended". I opened new ticket, but it was closed because my original ticket still open and I should reply there. Howewer it seems my replies on original ticket are ignored, so I still don't understand is my account suspended or not and what should I do to solve this problem.

In English "High School" is the school you go to before you go to university. In many languages, such as German, the direct translation (Hochschule in German) actually means "university"
Your profile is weak anyway, but you may find that you ended up being flagged for the "expecting to graduate High School in 2018" bit which would make you less than 18 years of age and hence not eligible to work here.
What are you actually attending? A srednja škola or univerzitetski?
