Hi there, I'm working with a client on a project but the proposal was accidentally declined on both ends. I sent an edited proposal and they replied accepting but for some reason it seems like a I "declined" their response (I believe I had some connectivity issues around those dates and this may be the cause of the confusion).
We would both like to be able to re-active the proposal on the same job post without them having to create a new one. Is this possible? I thought buying more connects would allow me to do it, but that is not the case.

You have to reopen a new contract. you can do this otherwise, ask your client to send you to offer to hire.

Always get the client, to hire you, on Upwork, before you start work.
