My Upwork account was suspended a few years ago due to issues with my location (Jamaica). When I queried the issue (through Upwork Support), I was asked if I was using a VPN. I indicated that I was not and never have. I was then told, **Edited for Community Guidelines**- I don't know how that could have been possible. I clarified again and thereafter, was asked to submit a government ID. To the best of my knowledge, I did.
What are the possible steps I can take now to get my account reactivated?? How do I create another ticket to have the issue resolved?
