Receive Refund of Upwork Fee

Hi there, I'm a top rated freelancer. I invited a client on Upwork using my invite link. The payments are still being deducted everyweek. How can I take benefit of the 0% payment deductions?

2 questions:

- How can I get a refund of the Upwork service fee that has already been levied?

- Will this happen every consequent week? Or can the fee be made 0% for this specific client? It might become a hassle to do this every week to get the refunds.
