Received complaint about "my agency's performance".... I am not an agency & the contract is not mine

Received a complaint that "my" client is concerned about "my agency's performance" on a full-stake Wordpress developer contract with the contract number included.

I am not an agency; I am a writer. I have never worked on this contract but now I have access to all this information.

I have responded to the 'complaint' and heard nothing back. Obviously an error, but very upsetting to see that Upwork is not protecting the privacy of the person who this should have gone to.

Our data is not protected, it seems.
