Recent Account Hold on "My stat" tab

I have 94% job success, and have met all other requirement to become Top Rated except the fact that on "My Stat" section I have one recent account hold.

How long will the recent account hold remain on My Stat? Until it is removed I cannot become Top Rated...please odesk how long will it takes before it is removed. My account is NOT under hold or under review.

Hi Williams,

Recent account holds refers to policy violations or performance notifications you've received in the past 90 days. After about 3 months it will be removed and your account may be considered for Top Rated badge.
