Recently returned to Upwork

 I have been a member on upwork since it was Odesk.  I have been inactive for over a year and upon my return I am learning about connects.  As a Basic member do a certain number of connects become available?  I have been unable to find a clear answer.

I have never received any connects.  Would you happen to have a link for someone who could help me with this? Or could you point me in the right direction? Any help would be appreciated.

Denise, try contacting CS/Support. Perhaps your profile hasn't been approved, though in that case I'd expect you would have been notified of this.

Hi Denise,

 

No need to contact Customer Support. I've checked and see you already have the 60 Connects that come with a Basic membership plan. You can find this information on your Find Work page or by going to Settings > Membership and Connects > Available Connects.
