Recently returned to Upwork

 I have been a member on upwork since it was Odesk.  I have been inactive for over a year and upon my return I am learning about connects.  As a Basic member do a certain number of connects become available?  I have been unable to find a clear answer.

So is that means your connects balance is '0' ?

Denise, try contacting CS/Support. Perhaps your profile hasn't been approved, though in that case I'd expect you would have been notified of this.

Hi Denise,

No need to contact Customer Support. I've checked and see you already have the 60 Connects that come with a Basic membership plan. You can find this information on your Find Work page or by going to Settings > Membership and Connects > Available Connects.

Thank you for the responses.  I was able to find out how to activate my connects last night.  My thanks to you for taking the time to help me out.
