Recover deleted account

Hi, my upwork account registered under a different email has seemingly disappeared or has gotten deleted. I am not too sure why as I was using it fine just before. This is a new account I've created to ask this question.

Is there any way the account can be restored? I would really appreciate not having to start over again.
