Recurring problem

I experience from time to time a problem that I consider very serious.
The system doesn't forward to my email some of the messages I receive from my client.
Messages in Private Message Board are just plain text as usual; the majority of them are automatically forwarded to my email, but some are not.
I'm a freelancer, so random communication issues affect my work.
I contacted support a while ago to report this, but I'm still experiencing the same issue.
Any help?

In the Community, you don't get email notifications by default. If you'd like, you can Subscribe to a thread in order to receive email notifications every time there is a new post. You'll see this option when posting and can also find it in the three dots menu on the thread.
