Reduction in Upwork fee after working again with same client

Hello,

I am working on a project with fixed price milestones. I want to know that when I get paid the second time (complete the second milestone), will the fee charged by upwork (20% on first 500 and 10% on 500 to 10,000) be the same or will upwork charge less this time and the next times I work with the same client.

Hi Fatima,

I checked and it seems that the service fee was already automatically adjusted. As you already passed the $500 threshold within the first milestone, a 20% fee was charged to that amount, and for the rest, a fee of 10%. For your next milestone, the 10% fee will continue to be charged. Once you pass the $10,000 threshold, a 5% fee will start being charged.
