Refund $5, would it affect JSS?

I had billed an extra hour due to some mistake and told her this and I gave $5 refund to her.

it it going to hurt my JSS, client gave me 5 stars and private should be good as her comment is very good.

No, it will not affect your JSS.
Partial refunds don't affect JSS.
As the job was completed successfully and the client left positive feedback( if private also), it will contribute positively to JSS calculation.
