Refund - Confusing UW Message

Just got a message from UW: "You sent a refund of $62.50 to (client name)"

I had no knowledge - this was a job completed several days ago from a client who rated *****.

Chat Support advised there was a problem with the client's account and I should contact the client and ask for a bonus. This was Manual Time so no guaranty.

I will not bother this good client for that amount but UW can sure do a better job in their canned message "You sent a refund..."

Hi Joseph,

Thanks for your feedback about the email you received from Upwork about this. I can understand what you mean regarding improving the wording used in the notification about the reversal of funds to make it more clear and have shared your thoughts with the team.
