One of my clients requested a refund of the pending payment, but now we have settled the issue between us. 

My question now is, How could he cancel the refund request he opened?

Hi. I have an issue that I am unable to solve. My client requested a refund but we have amicably resolved the issue and now she is unable to cancel the refund and neither am I on my end. How can I ensure that there is no delay in receiving the funds since the request for a refund cannot be canceled by either one of us?

Sometimes request cancellation for a refund on the portal can be tricky as
upwork believes in checking on both the parties (Client and the talent)
profiles for any policy violation or disputes.
