Refund Upwork Membership

Hi,

 

I just bought the Upwork membership upgrade but quickly realised it isn't really as advertised in the Membership & Connects section of User Settings. I had the upgraded membership for approximately seven minutes. Who do I contact about getting a refund?

If possible, can you also share here which information was different from what the plan actually offers that was visible under Settings?
