Refund amount from Payoneer to upwork

Hi guys, 

I did my first transaction to payoneer to upwork today but later realised transfer to paypal is more worth it.

It is a very small amount but is it possible to revert back the amount back to upwork by any means?

Hi Arun,

Thank you for your patience. I checked with the team and I'm afraid that it is not possible to cancel the transaction from our end at this time. You will need to contact Payoneer directly to be able to access the funds or cancel the payment if you so choose. Sorry about any inconvenience this may cause you.
