Hi Upwork Team,
Unknowingly, I clicked on refund option, but I was not aware from this, until I get your mail "You refunded $175 to your client".
As per the rules, I worked on an hourly project and at the end "code" is given. Client asked for refund, and mistakenly I clicked on "Refund" rather than to "cancel".
And the some amount is deducted from my account and rest pending is now showing in "Red Color". And I think as soon as I got money in my account, that will be auto given to this client, to whom I don't want to gave back.
I don't want to pay him, as I provided him whole code as well.
Kindly help on urgent basis.

Do you have any dispute with the client? normally client is not asking any refund if they are not perfectly satisfy with the communication with you and work.

I`m sorry to hear about the inconvenience this had caused you. Unfortunately we can't reverse a refund. I would suggest communicating with your client further regarding the funds you`re referring to. Thank you.

As I will get more funds in my account, is this will be auto given to my disputed client?
As whatever is given to him, I can't do anything, but what is still in my hand?

Hi Roohi,
If you don't have the same amount on your account that needs to be refunded it will be deducted from your future earnings and sent to your client.
Once the full amount is refunded to your client your earnings will be available to you and you will be able to withdraw them. Thank you.

Hi Goran,
Actually I sent him code as well. And accidently click on "refund" option. As I don't have enough balance, whatever I have in my account, that are given to my client and rest amount is showing in my account as in RED COLOR.
So, I am afraid as soon as I will get more money in my account, it will be sent to him as refunded amount? AM I RIGHT? Please help me to stop this auto transaction ?

Hi Roohi,
Regarding your funds, you`re correct.
Unfortunately we can't reverse or cancel a refund. I can recommend communicating with your client. Your client can send the funds back to you as a bonus payment at any time. Thank you.

I am not saying for reverse or cancel, just want to stop this auto-transaction. Is that somehow possible?

It is sort of "possible," using this technique:
Send a message to the client explaining that you accidentally sent him a refund. Ask him to send you a bonus payment in the amount of the refund.
If the client agrees to do so and sends you a bonus payment, then the bonus payment will equal the refund, and the net result will be equivalent to if you had never sent the refund.
