Refund and SMS Issue


  • I have two issues:
    One of my clients job was cancelled due to inactivity and I got a notification to refund [Reminder: Respond to your client's refund request!] but when I go to refund his escrow payment I get the following screen. What can I do to keep my account safe from any possible disputes?Screenshot_২০২০১১০৭_০০১৪০৫.png
  • When I try to setup Text message verification with my mobile phone number, it says that I have exceeded retry attempts.

Can anybody give me information about how to solve these?
