Refund bought connects

Hey,

I accidentally bought connects. Is there any way to refund because i will not going to use it. 

Money paid by Upwork balance, not from card.

I've accidently bought 100 tickets with the wrong payment source. I haven't used any of the 100 that was paid for, can I get a refund of the $15 back to that account?

There are some limited circumstances where we can process a refund for Connects purchased by accident as a courtesy. Typically it’s done shortly after the purchase and no Connects from the bundle have been used.
