Hi, I think I explained myself wrong, yesterday I created my account and for some reason while I was adding my payment method they charged me $17.40 saying they were connects, I found out later through an email from PayPal. I thought it was a misunderstanding, but they told me they weren't going to give me my money back. I didn't authorize anything, I would like to have my money back please. I asked nicely believing it was a misunderstanding, and now they don't want to return it. I don't want to be rude or argue, I just want my money back. The same day (yesterday) that I created my account they took my money.
