Refund bought connects

Hey,

I accidentally bought connects. Is there any way to refund because i will not going to use it. 

Money paid by Upwork balance, not from card.

As AJ mentioned, it can take 24-48 hours for the team to follow up with you and the support ticket you raised is still within that time frame. If after that time has passed you still have not received an answer from the Customer Support team, you may post here again so we can escalate your concern.

Hi, I think I explained myself wrong, yesterday I created my account and for some reason while I was adding my payment method they charged me $17.40 saying they were connects, I found out later through an email from PayPal. I thought it was a misunderstanding, but they told me they weren't going to give me my money back. I didn't authorize anything, I would like to have my money back please. I asked nicely believing it was a misunderstanding, and now they don't want to return it.  I don't want to be rude or argue, I just want my money back. The same day (yesterday) that I created my account they took my money.
