Refund connects

I recently spent connects on a job posting and received a prompt message about being hired, but then the client messaged back saying that he is too busy to pursue the project.
Can I have my connects refunded for this?

Thanks, this is a link to the job post, but there was never any contract set up. I was messaged by the client with details about the job after I applied, I then stated that I would accept if hired, and then he messaged back saying that he is too busy with other projects to pursue this one. Maybe on these grounds I could be refunded the connects I spent?
