Hi, I received a 3 month complementary plus membership due to upwork delaying my ID verification process. Now it'd been more than 3 months since then, I wasn't aware that I have to actively cancel it in order for me to avoid getting charged. I just did cancel the membership and am wondering if I can get a refund. Thanks.
