My name is Daira and I have a problem with an automated payment that has been charged by Up Work (REF ID: 307435067).
I subscribed to the premium service last month for 14.99 USD, but the problem is that Up Work seems to have an automated policy for renewals, and I do not want to continue with this service.
I want a refund for the 14.99 USD that Up Work is charging this month, but I do not know who can help me. It is impossible for me to reach contact support.
