Hi, I had a issue with a contract where I had to close it without any earnings because the contract went to hold due to some fraudulent activity on clients account and I was notified by upwork too. I contacted support and I was told I can end the contract and my jss will not be affected " IF " my clients account is suspended. And I just closed it.
Now as its a IF statement I was given, I am worried my JSS will not affect negatively as I am working hard to get my TOP rated badge by qualifying the weeks required already..

We are unable to confirm information about your client for privacy reasons. As noted on your ticket, if one of your clients has been flagged (or has been suspended for Terms of Service violations), then the client's feedback will not count against your score. You may read more about how your Job Success Score is calculated in this help article.

Thanks for your quick response. But I wonder why can't it be disclosed whether this scenario will affect my JSS or in simple words, the client has been suspended as I am not asking why it happened.
