Refund issue

Hello how should i refund amount while my current balance is 0. But i have to refund amount and i am unable to add amount to refund.

Hi Pradeep, 

You should be able to refund a client when you have available balance/earnings on your account.

 His point is exactly that:  He doesn't - which is why he is asking.

Pradeep, if you need to refund and don't have the money on your Upwork account you have to contact Support to discuss a way to pay Upwork so they can apply it to your financial account so you can refund.

It is a bit of a pain to do and you will likely have to have a PayPal account, but either way you have to work with Support to get this done.
