Refund milestone funded by mistake

I did a job with a first milestone approved and paid by the customer. The customer accidentally opened a second milestone he didn't need and asked me if I could make the refund. He closed the contract (he gave me 5 stars for the job) and I approved the reimbursement request for his second milestone opened by mistake. Will this hurt my jss?
