Refund of connectrs if the job post was incomplete

Hello,

Can you get a refund of connects if a client submits an incomplete job post? Yesterday, I saw a job posted 4 minutes earlier and there was only 1 freelancer being interviewed (the number of proposals were less than 5). So I hurried and submitted a proposal for the job. The client interviewed me and she first question was if I know about the accounting laws which are specific to her region? I told her no and that  I did not have the right skillsets for the job. She apologized and she told me that she had just updating the job posting to include this question. I was wondering if I could be refunded my connects, as the client had originally posted a job with an incomplete job description.

Thanks.

No.

Maybe only apply for jobs for countries where you DO know the accounting laws? Why would you do otherwise?

Hi Petra,

If the job description had originally stated that the knowledge of Region X's Accounting Laws was mandatory. I would have avoided applying for the job in the first place.
