Hi I had applied for several jobs in the past, but I was not informed whether the jobs were awarded to someone else. Technically, if those jobs were closed without hiring then Upwork should have refunded my connects, but it did not happened. I feel cheated and confused. It seems as if you have deliberately closed the doors of Upwork for the small freelancers like me.

Connects are only returned if the client explicitly cancels the post without hiring. If it just expires, that doesn't count. If it sits in limbo forever, that doesn't count either.
