I have an hourly contract with a client. They did not update their payment plan so the contract was suspended and 1 week of payment was refunded to them. Afterwards, they updated the payment plan and the contract was active again. I told them about the refunded amount so they could take note and pay a bonus in the next payment to make up for it, but they said that they are getting a message that the amount that was automatically refunded has now come back to me.
is that possible? I thought that once an amount is refunded it can not be returned.

That is correct. Funds that were reversed will not be automatically returned. As our team advised you withing this support ticket, please ask your client to make a bonus payment to you for the amount reversed.
