Refund request after 1 month the job is closed

Hi. A client from a previous project messaged me and told me that he needs the refund for the past projects. During the time our project is ongoing, I always told him to confirm the submitted file before paying me. Now my concern is our project is closed for a MONTH now. It was done a MONTH ago. I have done my part very well on the job, giving my efforts to render quality output and I am afraid that my profile will be affected once he requested a refund or worse report me. Is there anyone who can help me regarding this matter?

A few more details re: refund request would be helpful.

1. Is your UW contract currently closed/open?

2. Did you already receive payment in full? (and if so, when?)

3. Did any party file a UW dispute?
