Refund to client 100% and remove negative feedback issue

One of my client from Australia , we start a trial project for 10 hours and after 5 hours work done he said he is not satisfied and then I stopped my work and after one days he posted negative feedback , even did not notice me.

Then I refund him 100%

But after refund my profile job history everything is visibale with negative rating and comment.

Please help me , if any one face this issue or what should I do now????

Just wait, it takes time. Also bear in mind that even though a full refund will hide the contract from your public profile, the impact on the JSS remains.
