I have been waiting for a long time for a client's pending payment to be available for me to withdraw. However, on the future date mentioned next to client details, which is today, I found out i refunded the amount, when i never did? My client's payment method is unverified. I worked some manual hours and some logged hours. This is my first hourly job, what do i do?

It means your client did not pay Upwork for your hours, and the time you tracked did not qualify for hourly payment protection, so Upwork did not pay you out of their own pocket. Time does not qualify if it is manual time, does not have meaningful work memos, low activity levels or screenshots which don't show you working on the client's project.
You also have to change your profile picture to a clear photo of yourself, the one you are using is not acceptable.

You will receive a notification with more details shortly. Petra is correct, hourly payments are reversed when the client fails to pay the invoice and the logged ours don't qualify for the Hourly Protection.
