I returned the money to the client. But the client did not receive this amount. Where is the money coming back? Paypal or balance upwork?

For more than a month we can’t find this money ((((

The refund is automatically credited back to the billing method. Please let your client know to reach out so that we can assist them further and issue a trace for the transaction.
