A client I can't complete the job the way he like, and he was not responding for about a 4 days and suddenly today he paid me the money without completing the job, if I give him a refund could he be able to give me a review? ( As I think he will give me a bad review )

Thank you for your message. Yes, the client can still leave you a review after you send a refund on the contract.

Thank you for your message. Yes, the client will still have the option to leave you feedback on the contract after a full refund. The public feedback will not be visible on your Upwork profile but it will be included in your JSS calculation.
