Refund

Hi there,

I have a bad feedback on my profile, and I want to refund client to remove his feedback from my profile. But I dont have money in upwork and I am ready to refund him from my bank account, but I can not find a way to do that.

Can refund client from my bank account or can I put money in my upwork account and then refund the client?
