Refunded project still showing up on my Profile

Hello there!

I recently had a client that gave me a contract, which I did about an hour on. The client seemed happy and said he was going to add a few comments and send it back to me to continue. I never heard from him again despite writing to him.

I, therefore, closed the contract and refunded the 66 odd dollars I had received for the hour I worked. Money had been repaid but this contract is still showing up on my profile. My understanding was that contracts that get refunded in full do not appear on the profile so I am wondering why it is still on my profile.

Why did you refund the money? You did the work, you were paid, what made you refund?

It will vanish eventually, and currently isn't doing any harm. You only refunded yesterday.

I refunded because the client went quiet and I could no longer do the project they wanted me to do due to a scheduling conflict on my side, as they delayed. I saw they were active on the platform so unsure what was going on with the gentleman I spoke with, perhaps he got ill and someone else was managing things. In any case, it costs nothing to let people know, so I refunded as did not want to work with them again.
