Refunding bonus and JSS

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if refunding a certain amount of the project fee to the client affects one’s JSS. The client is not asking for it and the project is already closed. I also already got my feedback. I just want to give the bonus back for personal reasons. Thanks in advance.

Hi Tuba,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This does not affect your JSS at all. You may issue a refund to your client by going to the contract room and selecting "Give a Refund" like this.
